Tax CRM Agreement

This agreement is entered into between the undersigned user ("Client") and Sharonda J Bailey Enterprises ("Company") for access to the Tax CRM platform and services provided by the Company. By purchasing and utilizing the Tax CRM, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content, information, software, and services provided through the Tax CRM, including but not limited to the tax buildout, are the exclusive property of Sharonda J Bailey Enterprises and are protected by copyright law. You agree not to duplicate, clone, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform or its components without the express written permission of Sharonda J Bailey Enterprises. All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain the sole property of the Company.

2. Sub-Account Access & Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your sub-account, none of your information will be exposed or shared. The Company will delete access to your sub-account upon cancellation and ensure that all your data is securely handled. You acknowledge and agree to this process.

3. Contract Duration

This agreement is effective for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Upon expiration, the contract will automatically terminate unless renewed by both parties.

4. Customization & Additional Costs

Any requests for customization outside the standard tax buildout are subject to additional charges. Custom features will incur extra costs, and you will be notified of these fees before any work begins. The Tax CRM system is designed as a plug-and-play platform, and no features beyond the tax buildout (including but not limited to Tax Academy and Website services) are included in this agreement unless otherwise specified.

5. Email and Text Campaign Costs

Any email or text marketing campaigns conducted using the platform will incur additional costs associated with the services used for email or text delivery. These fees will be billed separately and are not included in the standard subscription.

6. Payment Processing

You agree to connect your own payment processing information through Stripe to your sub-account. Sharonda J Bailey Enterprises and Click Connects will not be responsible for any transaction fees, processing charges, or costs associated with your payment processing setup. You are fully responsible for managing your own payment processing.

7. Agreement Acknowledgment

By signing this agreement, you confirm that you understand and agree to the terms outlined above. If you have any questions or need further clarification, you agree to contact Sharonda J Bailey Enterprises for assistance before proceeding.

By continuing with your purchase and use of the Tax CRM system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this agreement.

Clause for Violations, Defamation, and Legal Actions

By using the Tax CRM platform and services provided by Sharonda J Bailey Enterprises, you agree to adhere to all policies and procedures outlined in this agreement. Any violation of these policies, including but not limited to unauthorized duplication, distribution, or modification of the platform, failure to comply with payment processing terms, misuse of the system, or failure to pay for additional services, will be considered a breach of this agreement.

Furthermore, any act of slander, defamation, or dissemination of false or misleading information regarding Sharonda J Bailey Enterprises or its affiliates, whether publicly or privately, will result in immediate legal action. Such actions are considered a serious violation of this agreement and will not be tolerated.

In the event of a breach of this agreement, you agree to be fully responsible for any legal or financial consequences resulting from your actions. Sharonda J Bailey Enterprises reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to litigation, in order to protect its intellectual property, reputation, and business interests.

You further agree that if legal action is necessary, you will be held responsible for all associated costs, including but not limited to attorney fees, court costs, and any other expenses incurred in pursuing legal action. By continuing to use the Tax CRM, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that violations of this agreement will result in appropriate legal measures.
